Request permanent deletion of your Emrooz account and associated personal data.
Open Emrooz, go to More → Account, and choose Delete account. Confirm the request when prompted.
Email us from the address linked to your account. Use “Account deletion” as the subject and include the phone number or email used to sign in. We may verify ownership before deleting data.
Request account deletionWe may retain limited transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, or legal records where required by law. Local data on your device is removed separately when you clear app data or uninstall Emrooz.
We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days.
