Apple controls billing and refund decisions for App Store subscriptions. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Emrooz cannot issue an Apple refund directly. A refund or revocation reported by Apple may end Premium access.
Google controls billing and refund decisions for Google Play subscriptions. Request a refund through your Google Play order history or Google Play Support. Emrooz cannot issue a Google Play refund directly. A refund or revocation reported by Google may end Premium access.
An unused crypto voucher may be eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase by contacting support with the order ID and buyer email. A redeemed, transferred, expired, disputed, or revoked voucher is not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Network and payment-provider fees may be non-refundable.
Cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription stops future renewal and normally keeps Premium active until the paid period ends. Crypto vouchers grant a fixed period and do not auto-renew. Disabling a purchase method does not cancel Premium already granted.
